Some therapy doesn’t actually help.
The people I work with aren’t looking to just talk.
People come in, talk, vent, process…
and nothing really changes.
They leave with insight, but still feel stuck in the same patterns.
That’s usually when something important is missing.
They want:
+ A way forward that creates real change
+ Clarity about what’s actually happening
+ Honesty, even when it’s uncomfortable
My work is designed for people who are ready to engage differently.
People who:
+ Want depth, not surface-level coping strategies
+ Take responsibility for their lives
+ Care deeply about their relationships and their families
+ Are willing to look at patterns, not just problems
This is not passive therapy
+ We are actively working to:
+ Shift how you show up so the system itself begins to change
+ Understand the dynamics you’re in
+ Identify what is keeping them in place
+ Shift how you show up so the system itself begins to change

+ A Catholic Perspective on Therapy +
My work is informed by a Catholic understanding of the human person.
That means we don’t just look at symptoms or coping strategies. We look at the whole person—your relationships, your choices, your responsibilities, and the deeper questions about how you are living your life.
In this framework:
- You are not defined by what has happened to you
Your history matters, but it does not determine your future - Freedom and responsibility go together
We look honestly at where you have agency, even in difficult or painful situations. - Suffering is not meaningless
We work to understand it, not avoid it, and to respond to it in a way that leads to growth rather than further harm. - Relationships matter
We take seriously the impact of family, marriage, and the systems you are part of—not just individual symptoms.
This approach allows us to move beyond:
- blame
- avoidance
- endless processing
And instead focus on:
- truth
- clarity
- responsibility
- and real change

Friendship After Betrayal and Infidelity
Rebuilding Friendship After Betrayal People get married for lots of reasons, but usually I hear some version of this: we had fun together, we loved each other, we were best friends. That sense of friendship is often part of what makes someone say yes to marriage in the first place. Over time, of course, things…
Breaking the Silence: Navigating Marital Issues with Faith
Sometimes we enter marriage believing we and our spouse are equally committed to building a holy marriage. But slowly… something doesn’t feel right. Inside, there is confusion. You wonder: Maybe this is just what marriage is like. So you try harder. You give more. You pray more. You work harder to fix what you think must somehow be your…
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected cost of services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. This applies to clients who are paying privately and are not using insurance benefits.
Your Good Faith Estimate will outline the anticipated cost of services based on the frequency and type of sessions we plan together. The estimate is not a contract and actual costs may vary depending on your treatment needs and the number of sessions you attend.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing before your first scheduled service or upon request at any time.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
For questions or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact the practice before scheduling your appointment.
